Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you complete control over your e-mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your e-mail boxes against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the target email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
